We started by looking at different kinds of food. We learned that certain foods are bad for us while others are good. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are many different exercises we can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another great way to build strength.
