We started by looking at different kinds of food. We learned that certain foods can be harmful to our health while others are beneficial. For example, we know that sugar is very unhealthy because it causes weight gain. Fruits and vegetables, on the other hand are healthy because they are rich in vitamins and minerals that are vital for our bodies.

Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. Exercise makes us happy. There are many activities that you can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.
